For small businesses, last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ mean we are unable to offer these appointments to other guests meaning they cost us dearly in both money and time. Similarly, it is important that our guests turn up for their appointments on time, in order for us to meet their expectations and not cause disruption to other guests.
Please remember when booking all appointments that this time is reserved exclusively for you.
Olivia Rose uses CCTV cameras in its reception area for the safety of both staff and guests. A sign is also located in reception for your attention. Please ask a member of our team for more details if necessary.
Please note, skin tests are required at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment at Olivia Rose. Strand tests may also be necessary and are carried out entirely at your stylists discretion. Please ask a member of our team for more details if necessary.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand guests occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 48 hours notice or 50% of the appointment will be charged. Thank you for your understanding
DEPOSITS:
A 20% deposit is required for all guests, for all new colour services. These deposits are non-refundable and only transferable up to 48 hours before the booked appointment
All colour services for new guests will only be secured following an allergy test and 20% deposit (taken at the time of allergy test and colour consultation)
A 20% deposit will be required for all bookings where appointments have been cancelled during our cancellation period previously
Any guest who has not turned up to an appointment without notifying us prior (a no show) or any guest who has not paid their cancellation fee for a missed appointment, will be required to pay in full for both the missed service and the new service before any further bookings can be made
A £100 deposit is required for booking all hair extension appointments
Please note all deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
LATENESS:
We have a 10 minute grace period for lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it may mean your full service is not carried out but the full amount will be charged.
